We'll be celebrating our fortieth all year long, but especially at this year's Users' Conference, March 13-16 in San Francisco. We hope you'll join us!

At $150/day these sessions are designed to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date without more costly on-site training. The topics for these sessions are based on the most frequent requests for support.
Attendees are encouraged to bring laptop computers to advanced training sessions. CfMC trainers will assist you in building your surveys and tables.

Morning Session (8am - noon): Mentor Training - Processing the Data
Using Mentor to handle data files (including ~MERGE, ~SUBSET, creating .csv files, and sample balancing and other weighting techniques).
Afternoon Session (1pm - 5pm): Working with Reports - current and new
This session will cover the following reporting options in detail:

Wednesday, March 14 sessions
Morning Session (8am - noon): Optimizing your webSurvent 7.7 Programming
If you're new to webSurvent or haven't yet integrated our new 7.7 features in your shop, allow us to show you how they work with hands-on examples.
This session includes building question libraries with !HTML blocks, creating skins for use in Webutil, manipulating templates with HTML defines, replacing deprecated HTML tags with inline styles and cascading style sheets for quicker formatting.
Afternoon Session (1pm - 5pm): Advanced Survent Topics
Topics to be covered include:
- data recovery and troubleshooting problems
- everything you wanted to know about multi-lingual studies
- call questionnaires — How and Why
- how to best use ›Repeats, &Files, and ›Defines
