Gallup Honors CfMC for Software, Service and Support
This year The Gallup Organization awarded CfMC its 2008 Gallup Premier Partner Award.
In presenting the award, John Selix, Systems Administrator, Outbound Interviewing Software Development and Support remarked, "We use CfMC software for our U.S. operations, but also for those U.S.-based operations in Brazil, Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, China. Gallup’s Budapest operation uses CfMC software to interview across many countries in Europe, including a large contract of studies for the European Union.
"Because of CfMC’s daily support, the quality of their products, their innovativeness – past, present, and future; their responsiveness to any and all issues, and their humble presence, please accept this award from The Gallup Organization for your great works and great partnership through the years. Gallup cannot imagine a world without CfMC. "
For more than 10 years, Gallup has honored its preferred suppliers with a special annual awards celebration. These suppliers are chosen by a committee of Gallup associates based on four categories: operational services, facilities and equipment, technology, and corporate services. Nominees must meet the following criteria: they must provide Gallup with a high level of service and performance on an ongoing basis, strive to provide Gallup with cost-effective solutions, display an in-depth knowledge of Gallup’s current and future business needs, consistently deliver high-quality products and services, provide innovative and proactive ideas and maintain extreme excellence in customer service and responsiveness that surpasses standard expectations.
"This award recognizes the commitment, service and outstanding software provided by CfMC to The Gallup Organization for more than 20 years – from Omaha to Hungary,” said CfMC co-founder Joe Weisman. “The Gallup Organization has been a great partner through the years. Their insight and cooperation through the years has led to bigger and better capabilities for CfMC software — especially in the realm of localized interviewing on remote servers. We should really be giving them an award.”

Evidence of this cooperative spirit can be seen in Gallup Hungary’s service to the European Union. Gallup Hungary uses CfMC’s Web-based CATI product, webCATI, to conduct the Flash Eurobarometer. This on going study utilizes up to 600 interviewers conducting telephone interviews with EU citizens in over 27 countries in 40 local languages.
